MW Fitness is just a guys thoughts, research and experience on getting and staying fit. I am currently studying to be a Personal Trainer and seeing I get asked a lot of questions by friends, I thought I would start writing this stuff down and sharing it more broadly. Feel free to ask a questions. I might even have an answer for them!

Always remember, though, If you are going to start a new or different fitness regime, to talk to your doctor or a qualified personal trainer to make sure it appropriate to your individual circumstances.
